Welcome to Safwan Bilal Academy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, courses, content, and services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using Safwan Bilal Academy’s platform, you confirm that you are at least 15 years old (or have parental consent if under 15), and you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Services Overview

Safwan Bilal Academy offers structured Qur’anic education programs, primarily for women and children, through online classes and downloadable resources. Our services include access to course materials, live sessions, recorded content, and communication with instructors.

3. Registration & Account

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Users must:   
    • Engage respectfully with instructors and peers.
    • Attend classes punctually and participate as required.
    • Refrain from sharing, distributing, or recording any content without permission.
    • Use a working camera during class (where required).                                                                                                    

  We reserve the right to suspend or remove students for misconduct, non-compliance, or consistent absenteeism.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments are made every 4 weeks. New payments are only accepted after performance and attendance are reviewed.
  • No full-term payment is allowed upfront.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless an error is made by the Academy.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, video content, lesson plans, graphics, and branding are the intellectual property of Safwan Bilal Academy. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Safwan Bilal Academy is not responsible for:

  • Internet disruptions or technical issues on your end
  • Consequences of non-completion due to your non-attendance
  • External links or third-party content shared during classes

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
